Yes, I am running the LRP 5.5 540 in mine. I am just trying to get it so it makes 6 minutes and is still fast. I am very close. I am using the Viper ESC and I am having to turn a lot of the settings way down past where I thought I might need to but I think I will have it after my next track session now.

definately both, the pistons will give you the best bang for the buck on performance and laptimes especially outdoors.

The 13mm rotor is the key when running 540 motor.I'm running LRP 6.5T 540 with a 13mm rotor, LRP SXX TC Spec v1 esc works great.

I don't think you need it for indoor so much, but for outdoor....man, must have. The most important must have IMO.

Other must haves (in this order):

- Aluminum hexes
- Racecrafter O rings
- Sway bars
- Yellow springs (both ends)

Also, throw the stock tires in the trash as soon as you open the box.

On my track I went to the white rears and left the stock blue's in the front. This is with M3 Bowfighters in the back. I also have the kit tires upfront. I did try some other tires but kept getting over steer. Yes, it can be tuned out but that was a quicker solution for the limited time frame. They do have their uses.

Does anyone make decent premounts for the new SC10RS? I bought some AKA from Amain and they didnt fit as they were for the original SC10. Looking for city blocks in particular or something similiar.

Cheers
Adrian
