Take a deep breath and think if this is the type of response AE would expect a representative of their company to post....I'll leave it at that

Can someone explain on Cavalieri's Worlds setup under rear shock piston, what does " Drilled #2 (#55) " mean?

I have heard of guys drilling out the piston holes or adding a hole but not sure I understand what Cav's is doing.

He took the #2 pistons and drilled the 2 holes out to 55 thousands holes using the little piston drilling bits.

the worlds setup had alot of bite and steering on the standerd chassis I am running it with .5 hubs since the track i run traction can go from high bite to low bite very quick.

b4.1 is pushing, I have tried everything, orange kyosho springs front, black kyosho rear, short front link no spacers, rear link 1 spacer, 1deg camber front, .5 back, 3 deg toe in center w/.5 hubs, 2deg anti squat, 32.5 w/#2pistions front, 30w #2p rear. upper shocks all the way to inside, lower front outside, rear inside. 3 internal shock limiters front , 2 rear, m4 scrubs aka foams(red) front JC rips 1/4 oz in front, 17G FT lipo block with 3/4 oz across the backside of the battery 1/4 oz on the rear triangles

track is indoor, wet clay/ dust, smooth/bumpy med traction

WHY IS MY CAR PUSHING, it will push high speed entering corners slow speed tight corners...

ok try some #1 pistons up front with the 3 limiters 30 weight losi oil, 2 washers up front none in the back and use the 2.5 toe in block with 2 degrees of squat and the .5 hubs may have to go to 0 depending if your track is high bight. use the middle camber hole in the front the second out in the rear try this i had the same problem.

Ok, so it's just a regular drill bit (#55) and he drills out the holes on the #2 piston.

Finally got my chassis cut. Ended up using a table saw to cut it. I glued and braced the chassis with aluminum blocks I drilled and tapped and secured with 4-40 screws. First run on it will be tomorrow. Pictures are attached below. Forgot to snap one of the bottom, but you get the idea.

Thanks man. My shock bushings are worn to silver where the shock mounts but other than that most of its in pretty good shape. I keep it pretty clean and rebuild things often, but all the blue stuff is original, and I race 3 days a week since April.

There is an AE hex rear wheel in the pipeline, just the front hex wheel was released first since the steering blocks are now available.
