To get help you will need to tell people the FDR, ESC setup etc otherwise you will not get the answer you need.

That 5.5t that you blew, did smoke come out of it? It most likely wont be just the rotor that's blown.

that would be hard core over revving at bayswater. too much boost . try the Mod software and start at 10 boost 5 turbo, and go from there.

1. What is the ESC temperature? I see you have the thermal protection enabled and it may be kicking in.
2. Battery voltage. You have the lipo cutoff at 6.6V. A 3.5T on boost will draw a significant amount of current. If you are using an old battery, it may be dipping down below this under the high current conditions.
3. ESC output voltage. Related to the battery voltage dipping, the ESC output voltage may be affected causing the system to act odd.
