Does anybody know how much to cut out of a T4 chassis in order to run the extended chassis on a B4?

Are there any "spy" photos of Hartson's chassis from a bottom view?

I think someone posted that it was 4mm longer than a standard b4 chassis.

I have not seen any. Cavalieri is running the extended chassis at the Shootout as well. I wonder if/when Associated will release the new longer chassis and if they do, it could be after the worlds as an update package.

I doubt there will be any update package released. Years ago we were running a shortened chassis on the truck for awhile and that was never released. Probably just something they are testing for a new design in the future...

Has he put any new shocks on yet? Last pics I seen he still had the V2's on. The T4 was 5 to 6 mm longer? And this is 4mm ya say?

Still the V2's but the Kyosho springs seem to be standard for the team now.

Yeah.. Figures.. That was a guess.. Its been a month or so since we compaired the two. I just know a team mate said his felt lazy in the corners and went back to the 4.1 chassis.. Sorry way too early for me to think numbers..lol

The T4.1 chassis is just too long on the buggy. Something in-between may be the hot ticket.

That's why their cutting 4mm out of the chassis to achieve the balance between the stability and agility.

For OC/RC Locals. What gearing are you running on a B4.1 with LRP SXX Stock Spec and LRP Stock Spec 17.5 motor? What dot timing, and boost? Couldnt get past that triple jump with my Tekin setup, so giving this a try. And will this same gearing aapply to my T4.1? I plan on starting to run stadium truck again as there is a growing number of ex short coursers banding together to bring back stadium truck.

If anybody has used one I am looking for opinions on the LRP SPX Zero ESC. I am getting ready to run my T4.1 again because I am tired of people using their bumper instead of skill to pass in short course. If the "reviews" are good and somebody has an extra I am paypal ready.

Looks like the exact same setup springs wise we used on RB5's when I was running Kyosho cars before big bores came out.
