I ordered a esc/motor combo direct from Castle about 3 weeks ago. They promptly sent out an email (the next day) saying it might be up to 2 weeks before the item was back in stock and ready to ship. We called them a week ago and they told us again it might be up to 2 weeks before it was in stock and ready to ship.

Anyone else had this problem from Castle?

Call them again and ask the lady what the hold up is. She should mail it the same day then.....I had this happen because they had 3 out of the 6 items I ordered.... once I called it was at my house in 2 days the the other items in a couple weeks after that.

I had to cancel my order and request a refund. The issue was about an item that became on backorder days after I placed my order. I purchased the item from my LHS instead; since they received their shipment from Castle. It was a total of 5 weeks from when PayPal transfered the payment to Castle, and an additional week to get my refund.

Called Castle today. They say it shipped today, so I should have it by the first of next week.
