I do like the red but it fades after a while so gun metal should look better in the long run.
I wish they kept it red/ purple, looks alot better to me...still cool though. still debating if I should try this motor out...Thanks!

Dude these engines friggn rock! Drive one if you have a chance. I am just getting back into racing and could not make up my mind, so many good engines now lol. One drive is all it took! These things are total package power, runtime, life span, cheap to rebuild, easy to tune, and they hold a tune, great price.

After almost 3 gallons I have noticed the needles like to "walk" Now Im on the quest to find some OS carb orings to replace them.... Otherwise the engine is strong, smooth and consistant!

I honestly dont think its engine specific. Ive had many different brand engines and the needles all loosened up over time. Some faster than others but its nothing a cheap oring wont fix. The methyl Alcohol combined with the nitro methane tends to dry rubber out over time. Then combined with the vibration and dirt its a recipe for disaster or wear.... LOL Its nothing major at all in my eyes...

My first one had loose needles also. But my latest one is tight. I believe they updated the carb o-rings with a slightly larger one so they stay where you set them much better. You can also put a dab of o-ring grease on all 3 needle o-rings before running it so they don't rip/tear or dry out as fast from the heat. Just like with exhaust gaskets, they should be replaced every once in a while too.

I know OS and Go engine carb high speed needle o-rings will fit too if you are in a pinch at a race. I used an old OS o-ring while at a race when my needle moved and then I replaced it with a new Go o-ring when I got home. But in my newest Arrow GTR I am using the stock o-rings. When I have time I'll pull them out and see if they are larger then before.

Part # for the complete Arrow Engine O-ring kit (11 gaskets & o-rings) is

I was getting almost 12 minutes a tank with my Arrow at the ROAR Nats. After a 9 min practice heat, I had almost 1/4 of a tank left. I used a Mugen pipe with the 6.5mm reducer in my Agama A8. My tank was way undersize but the cylinder was not marked so I don't know by how much. Engine ran perfect and temped between 230-260'F.

I don't have any pipes in stock right now Mark. Get the Losi RE-11 from A main. Great power, good runtimes, and very reasonably priced. You'll get it in plenty of time.
