Default Lipo Discharge Rate quiry?

Dear all,

i will be connecting in parrallel 3 x 11.1 Lipo rate at 20C discharge rate.

Since they will be in parrallel would i have a typical discharge rate close to 60C?

thanks

When connecting in parallel you simply add their capacities

3 x 5000 mah 20c 3s packs becomes a

15000 mah 20c 3s pack

Cheers

Wiring does not change a lipos discharge rating.....

What you see is the impact of effectively running a much bigger pack when wired in parallel.

If you're charging these 3 in parallel, its likely you've been doing that wrong too if you don't understand that paralleling effecting forms a larger battery by adding capacities.
