I will let you know when I test the pipe this weekend. I know my drivers that attended the Euro's a couple of weeks ago told me that the 2668 was the pipe to have. Most of the RB engines were running it. I was told it made gobs of power, and decent runtime.

Default Murnan modified 35 plus 21

I just came back from the 34th Annual Texas Biggie. I participated in the 1/8 GT class. My engine of choice was Murnan modded Novarossi 35 plus 21. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! What a beast. The engine screams at low end and top end. I was able to TQ'ed after 6 qualifiers. Although my car was not able to finish the race due to an unfortunate push into the wall by other cars and broke in the 45 min. A-Main, however first ten minutes into the race I was already 2 laps ahead of 2nd position driver. Thank you Uriah for a superb modded job and a wonderful engine.

Default Broken rod

Hi Uriah!
On My last race the rbm3's rod 's broken.so please give me advice,
The engine is 1 year old it has 8 race, the problem is not just the rod, the bottom of the piston broke, the bottom of slave pushed. As i saw the crankshaft is fine but the crankshaft pin has a little bit different dimension already.
I can measure .02 mm different from other direction, so is it right or out of tolerance? The bearings are fine yet , so is it enough to buy a new pis/sla/rod set or a complete new engine .

Thaks!
Chrys

Hi. Usually if the rod breaks the engine block is damaged. If the block, and crankshaft are ok then you can rebuild it. That crankshaft pin is within tolerance.

You can send the engine to me for inspection to be certain that everything is ok. Sometimes when that happens the crankshaft can get slightly bent.

uriah, Is the P/s set for the RB T10 and T10 rc the same. Have a RBT10 Rc but your site list just RB T10 set. Thanks. Also what plug recommendation for this motor for hot humid weather in the south.

The P/S sets are not the same. The RC has more exhaust timing. The standard t10 P/S set will work just fine in the RC though.

For hot, humid weather use either the c7tgf, or the c6tgf nova plug.

Uriah, which one of your modified P/S sets would you recommend for my RB10 RC?
Some novarossi sets work also, right?
