If you are looking for a Nova based engine of the latest generation under 250, try a RB Concept V12 3 ports for 229.99
at www.atomichobbies.com they are in Miami. Very difficult to find Nova engines for less than 250.

Sure it is, very reliable, and at that price I doubt you can find something Nova based, now of course there are other faster Novas, but you are talking at more then 250, and somewhere near 300 and up.
For your budget, you won't regret it. Tell Tony or Phill that his Peruvian Friend Alfonso sent you, he might even make you a better deal.

Yes, I just received mine yesterday. NS12S3 for 185.00 plus 10.00 shipping. $195.00 brand new still in wrapper.

I got my V12 3 port for 199.00 at Ultimate Hobbies about 8 months ago. There web page sucks, but if you call them you can order it. They are a giant, well established store.

Hey Jhigga, talk to Andy at the track he's got some Novamax's he's selling. They're the same as what he's running on his 710 and you know what kind of laps he can pull there.

But they still can't stock MTX-3 spurs and hubs or any Mugen parts for that matter.

I agree with you on Ultimate Hobbies along with the bad service. I take my money to Elite Hobby Store in Covina and Eian (I think that how you spell it) will have mostly all the MTX-3 part if not he will order it for you along with a smile!

But back to this thread I run the Mugen X12 and this motor have a good all around power. I think Elite have it for 259.99 (not sure though)
