80% murphy's oil soap and 20% wd-40
Tacks up real nice and smells good too

I wash my tires with water, or water with a little simple green in it.

I sauce the rear tires with "the formula", and leave the fronts alone, or sauce the fronts with "white lightning." (i buy them from trackformulas.com)

I usually sauce 20-30 minutes before running.
