Yep.....
CRC is still fast!
Busy but fun day of racing... Finals action was quite good, especially a few battle with Kankles (nice to be faster for once). Brad I think you used the wrong red car. Gotta say it was unreal how much the grip came up with so much gooped foam traffic, not much different to the old gooped track which was quite nice. The 10th pans looked really sweet going round and seemed like a much better drive than the 12ths. I think they may become a good alt to the TC's.
See everyone next round.

2wd Challenge was such a great event so good to see many few faces joining in all the fun and games of the event.
Fergo's first heat made me want a Pan car

For myself 40 laps was so close should have just left the 10.5 or begged for a 8.5
Cannot wait for the next event ??? where is Badman Whalan?

Thanks to all you guys for supporting the first round of the 2WDriversseries.
A massive thanks also to the staff of WHRC especially Les Gaynor for running the event for the day.
I am pretty sure from the atmosphere in the pits everyone had a pretty good fun meet.
Congratulations to the winners
Bradd Vercoe-Mini
Matt Ferguson-WGT
Troy Laughlan-1/12 scale
The new Windsor layout really gripped up over the day with some crazy laptimes recorded.
Troy Laughlan 10.9 in 1/12 scale was the quickest of the day.
Thanks heaps to Simon Nicolson for running one of my cars in 1/12. The new Mr Top 10 is pretty busy these days it was awesome to see him drive a 1/12 scale around Windsor.
Another standout was the WGT cars and how hard they can be driven.
Did someone say 1/12 scale feeder class????????
Not only are these cars a bit more forgiving than a 1/12 they look great on the track sooooo much better in my opinion than a TC. Corvettes, Sophia(Alfa Romeo) and Aston Martin and there are others. The boys had them really hooked up well done.
Mini was crazy as usual with Mr I am fast in anything Bradd Vercoe taking the win.
Unfortunately we only had only 1 entry for FWD and none for F1. I really hope this changes in the next round.
There will other changes for the next round.
3 rounds of qualifying will be more popular I think.
More news to follow on round 2 soon.

There is so many cool 200mm shells that will fit these WGT cars that cant be used for normal tc racing why limit the selection to the list above lets open up the rules abit and have some fun with the shells
We could give an award for the coolest looking car at each round
Mazda rx7
Dodge Viper
Honda Nsx ,Prelude
Nissan 350Z
Group C sports cars
any of the crazy looking Chevron shells that the have of 70.s and 80.s sports cars
and thats just of the top of my head
