The first event of the 2WDrivers Series for 2011 will be held at Windsor Hobby and Racing Centre on the 27th March 2011.

Windsor has been running 1/12 scale every Friday night and has had a 1/12 club championship for over a year now. Being an indoor venue that is open from midday till at least 5pm every day with Friday being race night open till late there is ample oportunity for practice rain hail or shine before the event.
Add to that the track has just had a MAJOR overhaul with a totally new never run before layout. This event will be awesome so mark up your calender.

1/12 open AARCMCC Rules
WGT 1/10 pan 1s 10.5 ROAR Rules
F1 Hobbywing brushless system or 17.5 2s
FWD as per TITC Rules
Tamiya Mini CC Rules

ALL CLASSES OPEN TYRES

There has also been discussions with SMA to run a round later in the year which is another fantastic venue.

There are a couple of other tracks that this would be fantastic on so watch this space for further updates.

Guys this your oportunity to have a really fun time to race those cars that dont usually get a run at big events.

Now what classes to run, i have a 12th scale, a WGT, a Mini or shall i just get hold of an F1 or FWD :lol:

I would have liked to have seen a 17.5 12th class too, but maybe next year when there are massive numbers from the series being such a success. ;)

*I have no authority here whatsoever, but can't see Badman restricting entries on any basis. If you happen to have a dog that can hold a transmitter I'm sure he'd let it enter too.

Just don't chicken out of 12th.

Anyone can enter as long as they have a 2WD car and promise to have fun:D

OK how does this sound,
If at least 6 drivers post on this thread within the next week we will run 17.5 1/12.
