This is a good guide but it's more for the RS Pro users. It would be nice to hae the same for the RX8 etc.. There are some settings that are the same, but others who aren't. I actually translated this guide in french that's why I know about it

We support all our products up front and personal. We had a link up to a "how to" guide but I see it's been removed, on accident of course.

If you have specific questions please ask away.

I'll get the web guys to post up the document.
When and where will this how to document be back up?

Just subscribing to this thread, I would like to see the document as well.
I do have a question about timing, how do you calculate start and end RPM?

You have to understand how many rpm's each given class and application usually run under. This is the main reason why we have so many team setups.

Are turbo, boost and timing synonomous here? They all seem to add timing, so I must be missing something. I'm trying to understand what each one does and how it affects the car. What is ramp exactly is 2 linear, 1 concave, 3 convex? I've tried to adjust one and hit the gas to see what it does but i'm still confused. There has to be some documentation somewhere?? Timing is set to 80, 80 what? From my reading it is 80%, but 80% of what? Woudln't this just be easier and less confusing if the actual timing advance was stated rather than a percentage of an unknown? From what I've read on that link, it says to set it at 100. By doing this will the motor be harmed at all? Is this timing advanced vs. motor rpm? is it linear? is there ANY way to know what rpm range my motor is seeing??

Thanks
Dave

That guide was needed big time. Thanks for posting it Tekin!

I own a Tekin RS. Why does the boost slider go to the number 55 and then max? If 55 is the highest number then what does 'max' represent?
