hey guys i am trying to get my 8 t 2 .0 put together and im running a werks b5.on the cone for the clutch i used the bigger one that came with motor and not the smaller losi one b/c it wouldnt work.i used all 3 shims and my clutch bell is still hitting the clutch.do i add more.wat am i doing wrong.thanks its been bout 3 years since ive done this.

Why wouldn't the losi one work? Thats the one your gonna need to run

Anyone have an exact measurement of the front CVD alone???

As mike said you NEED to run the Losi collet along with the Losi clutch, The Larger collet will Not work properly no matter how many shims you add.

it seemed like the clutch was on the motor.i will haft to try it again.thanks guys

yep it worked great with the losi one thanks guys.just got fineshed are pretty close to done with truck just waiting on my dx3r pro to get here but here are some pics.the body is actualy a metalic like purple that ended up matching the b5 head.and i would like to also thank looped for hooking me up with this killer paint.thanks again looped

thanks man.wish i could get some better picks.its got a carbon fiber looking bed and all headlights ang grill are painted in .he went all out on this one for me .best ive ever had .the metalic purple he told me about ,well ill be honest i wasnt to sure so i told him if you like then ill like and man do i!he had a good eye on these colors .they worked out great

Do you mean the front center cvd? Or these LOSA3586?

If you mean LOSA3586, then the updated ones on my new truck are 150.75mm

The ones on my older truck are 149mm.
