JR tx-rx problem

JR tx-rx problem
I have just encountered a strange issue with my jr 3ch tx and rx( rx is a r135).
When I power up the throttle and steering servos turn fully to one side and start chattering because they are binding. Checked radio programming and reset but still no solution. Any ideas? I already removed the rx and took it apart to look for water damage or something like that and it looks good. All batteries are charged up and have been checked. Thanks for any help you can give me!
