Is the shere tc spec and the spx zero still good escs or are they way outdated?

Depends on your needs. Should be fine for modified racing, or stock classes that don't allow dynamic timing/boost.

The Sphere not so good for stock/spec classes that allow dynamic timing. Not familiar enough with the Zero to know for sure, but I think it is the same, not good for boosted classes.

The reason I ask is because I just sent in a lrp sphere com 2007 to ae electronics for possible repair. If it is not fixable, they have a trade in porgram. The lrp spher tc is 119.00 and the spx zero is 109.00. Are they worth the price?
