8T 2.0
I converted my 8 from last season to electric so I get to order a fresh one for nitro this year. Yeah-me. So anyone whose bought a kit recently are things still ok? Nothing to watch out for? The 2.0 I bought two years ago was perfect the whole time I've had it. I hate to curse myself with a new one, LOL, but I wanted an electric car for winter, and the 8ights are just awesome cars for me.

You can get that turn in back by simply taking a dremel to your inclined spindles and carriers to get extra steering throw.
If you do a straight swap to the inclined spindles from the plastics you will notice you have to back your EPA out quite a bit as you do not get as much throw. After some dremel work my truck turns in better than it ever did and gets the benefit of the mid to exit steering of the inclined spindles.

Hi all,
Just swopped to Losi from Mugen
- read through a lot of this thread but got a couple of questions
Servo Saver - think I'm being thick but the unwind 5.5 turns comment ? Is this from totally tightened up with the spring compressed and then unwind 5.5 turns ? - I'm used to measuring this with digi calipers in the past ?
Shock Mod - using the foam compensators what is the Mod and is it worth doing ?
Thanks in advance
Neil
