That explains it. We were frying those motors on purpose to find the limits before productions motors where started.

If you went with a tekin or a speed passion 2.1 speedo, it won't matter as much as to what motor you have, with advanced timing it should be ridiculously fast, ive seen the tekin with the novak ballistic motors fly!!

Just remember when you make this switch if you plan to run timing advance, you will need to re-gear!!!!!!
good luck!
Please let me know who blew motors up in your area, so I can take care of them. I am sure they would have contacted me if there were any problems, as I stand behind my products. Please send them all my direction.

Matt

Well guys, ran my Murfdogg last night for the first time and am very happy with it. My hats off to the Murfdogg. Well done sir! I had my Tekin RS on sportsman mode and loved the low end torque. I am wanting to take it to the next level with adding some boost and timing. Would love for my 17.5 to run like a 13.5. I am running a Blitz ESE with Tekin RS, 17.5 Murfdogg and 25/83 gearing. I am racing on an indoor clay wet/damp track. Would like to have a little more punch for jumping.

Questions?? murffog motors

Hi, I am thinking of getting 2 off these a 17.5 and 8.5 but I live in the UK. What sort of customer support would I receive over here? I am also more than happy to wait for delivery if they are as good as people are saying. I am currently using hobbywing and Orion but would like to try these. Esc are all hobbywing v3.1 stock spec, are these ok for these motors?

Any help and advice is great? Also where can I get them from?

Cheers lee

I have used MurfDoggs in the past and absolutely loved them. Cannot go wrong with them. And I am sure that being across the pond as it were won't be a problem. I am sure the MurfDogg would love to represent his product there.
