here's another option.

get a small funnel (but one big enough to allow the bearing to sit very close to the bottom on the funnel. Put the bearing in with the seal missing side facing down. Use a nail punch to spin the bearing and pour shellite into the funnel (takes about 10 seconds to drain or so) and spin the punch while the shellite is draining through. catch the shellite in a icecream container and do this process until you're happy with how the bearing is spinning.
