Agreed phone for me for now on !!!!LOL as far as the cases the reason why i was concerned there CS said they would ship them right out !!! Well they must have not known it was a ordering item This is not a bashing thread .. i just wanted to see if anybody was having issues with CS... if you read my post I said i have always had good service from Novak and i was concerned... i have been running novak products since the early eightys , when some of you were not even born or still eating your mamas pancakes HAHAHAHAH They did respond to me buy PM So everything is good . While I think your thread and OP may have not come across the way you meant it, my post about using the phone wasn't directed toward you but was a genreal statement about todays society..I'm sure Novak will take care of you.

If emails and digital communication is the wrong thing to do then why offer it? Seems if email response times were bringing their reputation down then Id stop offering email correspondence. As a matter of fact, when you click the "contact us" button on their site it goes to a bunch of email addresses, not phone #'s, why is that if it is sooo much better to call? Even when you do get to the phone # page it doesn't list phone call as a preferred method...

i had the same thing happen to me i needed a part and they got back to me after a week and said the same thing we will send it out asap it took 9 weeks for it to come to me but then i had another thing i needed and it came in the first week


what can you do it happens

I don't claim to have all the answers (my wife won't let me) but everybody in todays society wants instant gratifacation and answers. What's faster than a phone call, MOST of the time? I'm not saying e-mails should be no more, but if it doesn't get what you want as fast as you want go old school and actually have the nuts to use the phone and talk to a real person.
