Default NOVAK... POOR SERVICE!!!!

HATE TO DO THIS BUT HAS ANYBODY HAD ISSUES LATELY? I HAVE BEEN RUNNING NOVAK SINCE 1983 AND NEVER HAD ISSUES... I TRIED NOW FOR OVER A MONTH TOO BUY CASES FOR ONE OF MY HAVOK PROS BUT NEVER SEEN THEM LISTED SO I EMAILED NUMOROUS TIMES TOO FIND OUT HOW MUCH AND FINALLY SOMEBODY EMAILED ME BACK AND SAID SORRY FOR THE DELAY WE WILL MAIL YOU A SET OUT IMMEIDATELLY AND THIS HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AGO AND NO CASES OR RETURNED EMAILS... WOW IM SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED

Whats with the Caps? Novak has Excellent customer service. Just wait man, or send them a FRIENDLY email back to see what the scoop is.

Make certain you use the address that is listed on the Novak website. They have to have a strong spam protector and that stops some e-mails that have incorrect addresses. This happened to me but I called and quickly found out that it was my faulty address not on their end. My issue was resolved in two days after the call and second e-mail with correct address.

I LIKE CAPS LOL....but all seriousness i have emailed several times and they did email me back with a responce, but that has been 3 weeks ago i have tried a few times since ... still no cases or responce ...Man i just want to buy a set of cases LOL.... And yes over the years they have been great but i was just wondering if any body else are having issues because they are normally great... plus i see they are looking for customer service positions !!!!!

That sucks. I quit racing VTA because of only being able to use novak equipment.

just courious if anybody had issues because i never had issues before, that was the meaning of this thread.....Dont want it to turn into a bashing thread.....

Novak just isnt what it used to be. Ever since Charlie left I think they changed there policies and things started going down hill etc.

Charlie still works for Novak....

I know Charlie and perhaps others were in Thia land at the race so maybe they are a bit backed up.

I called customer service the other day and left a message. I got a call back within 30 mins. Extremely helpful. I've nothing but good experiences w/ Novak. I just wish I hung on to that GTB ESC....

Having poor customer service does surprise me. I have had nothing but great, fast, and easy customer support from Novak. I cannot say the same about most of the others.

Don't let the sponsorship fool you, I just signed with them this week. Novak was my first choice to try to get a sponsorship because of their customer service, quality of product, and upgrade program. I have raced with Novak since I started, and I have nothing but great things to say. I chose them as much as they chose me. Not just a shameless sponsor plug.

I post here regularly and receive many PMs and I always assist customers. This entire thread is uncalled for; our CS employees are people---people make mistakes. You requested an item that we do not sell. Therefore, we have no inventory. The only way to get a specific esc case is to request it from our component inventory.

I have asked our Customer Service manager to check this for me. Since I do not have your name or shipping info, I am having the search done on your city/state. When I receive a reply, I will post an update.

This is not intended to flame, but is the long lost art of calling the company to resolve an issue that hard these days.

The time it takes to create a new thread and rant about the problem could have been as long to get an answer about the problem by speaking with someone in person.

It just boggles my mind how people solve issues these days….

Gotta agree.. having been here only a few months, even I know that there's company reps here. Contact them first before bashing the company publicly.

This is a little off topic but WAY too many people will simply send an e-mail and sit infront of a screen refreshing thier in box and then bitch because nothings happening. Wake up people, over 100 years ago a guy invented this thing called the PHONE! And as far as I know they still work. If you want help, CALL. Don't mean to bitch but honestly it's still the fastest and easiest way to resolve a problem.

And you can't beat Novak for CS!!
