Will this product work on DX3R that has been converted for a left-handed operator, and are any other mods necessary beyond the plastic posts? If so, I'll definitely want to pick one up!!

The drop-down works with either left or right hand set up on a DX3R.

No other mod other than the posts.

The posts on the steering wheel bezel are the only ones that need to be shortened. The plastic is very soft so it is easy to trim. Take a little off at a time so it is flush with the edge.
