The Duratrax is actually a pretty good looking car, it looked like it handled the last layout with ease, and it was planted through the turns....
Matt was running a Losi XX last season in 2wd and did good with it.

Alright, see what he just did there? He just stated the exact opposite of why most of us got into this hobby for. That is why the sportsman class is dead here; All this trash talk here has probably scared a lot of those who wanted to get onto the hobby away. But that's just my thought. I'm not a fast guy with a sponsorship, so it won't matter, but I think I should give some input on things here.

Hey Larry I hate to burst your bubble but I'm not the person with a new cougar. I race truck currently so why would I be talking crap about buggy. Everyone knows I don't particularly like 2wd buggy anyways. I find it funny how everyone is so fast to jump on someone about their business relations with manufactures. So what I'm sponsored... you can be to if you spend the time to pursue it. And I agree this new attitude that some of the RCHR racers have developed is defiantly keeping new racers away. I have a few friends who are getting back into racing and read the forum. The all ask me if the racers are realy as bad as it seams they are on the forum. I tell them that everyone there are great people, but this calling out and trash talking is getting old. This forum uses to be a fun place to talk to everyone. Now its just as bad as LIR's forum with the BS and hostility. This will be the last time I ever post on this forum. I'll just stick to face to face conversations when I'm at the track.
Nothing personal and no offense taken,but I've been in the hobby for over 20 years and have never seen it like this before. For now on I'm just going to race and enjoy myself. I'm on the verge of a divorce and this hobby is all I have left that I enjoy. I'll see everyone on Saturday. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Don't blow it out of proportion, a lil bit of friendly bashing is not bad, its only when people take it to the personal level that it gets out of hand.
We did the whole bashing thing during the summer and we started having good turnouts, and everyone was having fun, do you remember the "Wedneday Worlds"? It all got started with a bit of bashing between Larry, Raul, and Larry, and people started to show up to see the good battles....
