I'm not sold on the foam compensators. I been running then for a while. If your not running in extremely high heat I just don't see where us mortals are going to see a difference. The biggest issue however is the inconsistent rebound when building the shocks. If you don't keep everything really fresh( shafts with no coating missing, fresh orings) when u build them for full rebound it won't rebound fully. They will hydralock or one will come out farther then the other. Back to the stock caps for me especially for the indoor season.

Dave upgrade also sells bodies that are already done with a wrap and paint and all. I have difficulty finding them on their site sometimes but I have seen them b4 and I think they are $70.

BTW sluggo looking good over there.

As for bump steer, down when running normal spindles and up when running the inclined stuff.

I usually run 1/2 rebound in the front and 3/4 in the rear. That's with or without the compensators. I really like the compensators. They make the suspension much more consistent during a long race.

I like close to full rebound and I use the foams and vented caps. The caps and foams do keep the shocks very consistent throughout a long race.

Frank, I looked but no luck on bodies with graphics already on. I designed one through Fastlane and ordered. Got a bid on a stock body now. I'm pretty stocked. Who would've ever thought that an RC car would get so much attention from me!!! Hahahaha

Up until the last few weeks, I have been running zero rebound. I do not think there is a one size fits all answer for this but I can give you my experience based on different tracks. For tracks where the jumps don't have much landing and it's flat, I have found the zero rebound to work great. For those that do have landings, I like the 75 in the front and 1/2 in the rear. I use the jump landings as an indicator what to set for each track.
