No worries, i have no problem debating things with people. I actually edited my post because I did not want it to come across as too confrontational but as long as we can talk like adults and keep it shall we "say to the point" without getting upset, which you obviously can do I have no issues. I guess I'm just being a little hyper sensitive because of how things deteriorated on that thread last week lol! In any case we're all good

Very diversified engine list in the top 10 at the worlds. This should permanently end any conflict about which brand is the "best". The hands down choice for which engine is the best would be the one that didn't flame out and gave you a chance to win regardless of price. Case closed!!

there are a thousand reasons an engine will flame out: tune, plug, fuel, landing on the flywheel, exhaust seals, ...., ......, etc all of which have nothing to do with which brand motor you have, all are winners in the right hands !!!

SO anything but a Reedy?? Oh, wait Tebo's flamed near the end as well. I don't know what happened on Maifield ro Tebos flame outs and woudl be inclined to believe casing a jump or having the pipe covered caused both. If you run an RB then you will have aluminum shaving in your fuel tank..
and maifield got short filled and only made 7min 20sec on the tank that he ran out , both pit guy issues

just sayin

man i dint know rb engines arent to popular in offroad i mean i run a rb hobby 9 s5 engine thats not to bad its nova based.
but my first nova engine was a bf .21 engine and that ran better and easier to tune for some reason.

when i first started, if you didn't have an RB, GRP or OS you were the odd man out, then nova got big and now there are tons of great engines out that it all comes down to someone's preference and how much they can spend.

eyes & brain still sore from watching the screen for the last 7 days
holy smokes was that a marathon
