the 2.1 ex will support 2s but it does not have the amperage draw since it is designed for 1s in spec mode it might work i dont know if someone has tried it yet

When will the 2.1 EX be available here? I am in need of one very soon, race coming up and its either that or a LRP SXX V2. I rather go SP as I already have some other SP equipment, any word on availability?
Thanks,
Steve

I have been looking a a lot of 528 soft setup sheets for ideas on how to make my v3 based 13.5 faster on dirt oval with buggy tires. I am wondering if anyone know a way to compare final drives? I know most setup sheets are for onroad tcs that run smaller tires, and since I am running 1/10th scale offroad buggy tires obviously the final drives will not be comparable. I know that when we go from standard 2.2 buggy tires to 2.0 custom works street tracs we can gear up 4 teeth on the pinion to give us about the same performance. My 13.5 is really fast for what it is, but as a racer I always want to make the car faster. My motor comes off at about 135 and I am not affraid to run it up to 160-170 if the performance gains are worth it. Can sombody help me out here?

Again...you are doing that on your own risk. Use GT2.1 ProStock and don't use the fan...I have used that for no timing or even with little BOOST and it still work.

Now...change the diameter of your dirt oval tires and reverse the calulation but still use the 28mm roll out....then you should be able to find the FDR.
However, that only get a something BALL PARK...dirt oval tires are way different the TC tires, then the DIRT OVAL track is totally different then indoor carpet or outdoor asphalt....you have to try more and figure that out yourself.
