...i dont know its kinda scary thinking of a perfect(no slop)steering rack!....
thats just MY opinion

honestly i think the slop is good to a point!...if its to perfect,as soon as you crash,SOMETHING will give!...i know thats what the servo saver is for but that spring can only save so much

so, jammin on here said that he doest use grease on the cvds for the front and, rear well im thinking about doing that since the last time i was racing it was really dusty and the axles caused a big bind and were gritty.
i do have graphite dry lube should i use that or run them dry ? i mean there smooth with no grease.

They will be smooth for a while without grease. When they get dirt you still have to clean them when they start binding. Be liberal with the grease, you don't need to completely coat everything. there just needs to be grease on the cv parts of the ball end. They seem to last longer for me with a slight coating of grease on the wear surfaces.
Gotta clean them every couple races no matter what. Of course worse conditions will require more frequent cleaning.

well my track does have a air compresser so that will help cleaning them after each round yea i didnt use a lot of grease . the main problem was the dirt was fresh and it was loose .
what about dry graphite lube ? just so they can last longer

just say hi haven't visited here for quite a while (last time logged in is 2005 (!) and discovered my account has no privilege to post here so gotta create a new one...)
got a question: the FR CVD of my 8ight-T 2.0 and 8ightE-T 1.0 keep poping out unless i set the camber to be something like -5 degrees or even more... left side is better about -2 degrees will do. Any hint?
