A great idea would be if someone can make a nice video breaking into the werks engine. It would be nice to show how to set up the needles before starting the engine, Do the first tank and then putting tanks in to it and moving the needles while getting a nice idle and smoke. After that we all know how we want to race tune the engine to the way we like it.

A video like this would show alot of new comers on how to break into the Werks engines the way Ron explains it in his break-in method.

This just an Idea.
Hey Frank, if you havent ran this B5 yet, youre in for big surprise! If you like torque, you will be in heaven! And its fast...and drivable...and I could go on about it but...youre gonna like it.

had to swap cranks awhilr back on my b5 so, been there.......anyway(guessin that you already have the sleeve out), i laced a small zip tie behind the rod and gave it a small yank(while makin sure that the crank was rotated to TDC)......tolerence is tight but, rod came right off............

Lol, now you see what I was saying about us being able to keep the tolerances really close on our engines

I took mine apart when it arrived last year to clean and inspect. I stopped at trying to remove the rod off the crank so I wouldn't break it!

This will be my first Werks motor, decided to get one for the truggy after watching and drivin Team driver DJ Hepler's buggy & truggy for the last month. MO your motor was screamin pretty good at Cape Fear last weekend, I'm the guy that came and talked to Brandon and pace last sat night at dinner. I have some new ceramics that I wanted to put in the B5 but I'm
gonna have to borrow a bearing puller, lookin forward to givin the motor a try.

In a buggy or truggy? If buggy, the B6 will be perfect, plenty of power for indoor. Either 2057 or 2013 pipe. For truggy the B5 will be perfect with a 2013.

yes guys look to make it on Sunday to post for you all on monday.
I am also going to do a video on basic tuning when the needles get way out of wack.
again i am no rocket scientist and I am not an engine guru by any means.
but I have followed Rons methods to a T and havent had a problem. So if someone is having trouble understanding the reading it might be easier on video
