Thank you Robert!!! Thats how we do things here!! Ultra quick turn around and The highest quality!! We really appreciate the business. This is a full time job for us, not an after work or weekend business. So with us shipping 2 times a day and dedicating 40+ hours a week to the business we truly are focused on customer service and professionalism.
I have to say it is great that we are located and live in southern California, a hot spot for some of the world's most competitive Rc Racers. We not only race, but we get to race with our customers and hear, and see the feedback of our work first hand. Which really makes it all worthwhile
The responses we get are amazing and makes all the hard work worth it!
So please! anything you guys need just let us know, we are happy to help in any way we can! We want racers to feel 100% comfortable that hey have a place to send there engines and they will be done right, the first time. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated, thats what it comes down to!

Jonah Got the Grp today. It was inspected and we performed a crankcase pressurization test found a pinhole in the case. It was hardly noticable until the case was heated to operating temperature. So we found your Ghost!! The rest of the engine looks great, so a resize and a Case and she will be good to go!! Which I have a good used case laying around that I will just give you. Your a good customer. I e-mailed you the same info OR just call me.

Factory defects. When they form the case,if any foreign tiny piece of debris,sand,whatever gets in there when they are manufacturing the case. Sometimes they will act up right away, and sometimes the tiny foreign matter will vibrate loose and dislodge itself over time showing up later. We used to see a lot of engines 5 years ago with that problem. It is less these days but it still happens ocassssionally.

Thanks for the fast turn around... Shipped off my p/s and button on Thursday and got email notifying me my p/s and button are on there way back to me yesterday... That's what I call great service... How did my speed p/s look? Was it really worn out? O and can you send me stickers.... my name is Daryl...
