well couple weeks ago I bought a 7940HV servo. stripped out a gear on my 2nd race day may have had my servo saver to tight? idunno been a long time since I stripped out a servo gear but none the less it happend. well this comming weekend I have a MWNS race and hiect does not offer a gear set for the 7940. so I called them and talked to a guy named Tony and told him the issue and what gear had stripped out, and he said a new gear will be in the mail. no questions asked took my address and that was it. thanks Tony at hitec you have earned a customer and great CS!

I just wish they had a surface radio like the Aurora.

There should be a mandated standard for all RC vendors to match Hitech service. I sent them 6 servos 2 weeks ago that all went bad at one time or another over the last 6 months. some of them were 3 years old and some of them were 3 months old. They sent me 2 brand new servos and repaired the other 4 and turn around time was 2 weeks. I was so impressed I sent a letter to the service manager. I will use nothing but Hitech till I die!

I have a 7955TG that all of a sudden went dead on me.
I live in Europe so i was told to send it to Germany (I'm in Sweden)
I didn't have to prove anything, just send the servo to a guy called Dieter Woerner at MULTIPLEX Modellsport and he would take care of me, no questions asked. I late found out the MULTIPLEX Modellsport is the European distributor for Hitec and Traxxas.
I also have a broken 5645MG but I lost ONE gear from it wile taking it apart so I can't send it to them. That's a shame!
I hope I get my 7955TG back soon!
