If you are talking about a steering servo, I always hook it up to the reciever first and make sure it centered. Then I install it in the car and put the servo horn on so that the tires are as close to straight as possible. Then I go to the sub trim and adjust to make sure the wheels are straight. Then the balance menu to set the throw right and left. Turn the wheel to the right if the physical movement is limited then back off the setting to the left if you can go farther physically then increase the setting until you are limited physically on the car. Repeat for the other side. Most cars are pretty close right and left. The default balance travel is set to 70%. That's pretty much it until you get to the track. At the track I set the balance again to make sure that steering left to right is the same. I make a left circle then a right circle to see if they are the same size. If not then I adjust the balance again. At this point you are pretty much done. The you can just adjust the total throw known on other radios as dual rate, to limit the steering depending on how you like to drive around the track.

My Eurus is 25.2 oz with a 2300 lipo battery (lighter than stock) and the optional drop down wheel extension (heavier than stock).

Both are excellent radios. But, I definitely liked the ergonomics of the KO Helios/Eurus radios with their optional dropped/angled steering wheel. And the small KO receivers too.

This question is for the Ko Propo support staff on this forum, I'm in about my 5th month of using this radio and absolutely love it. Unfortunately this weekend at the final round of the North division RC Pro Series I experienced several loss of signals between the radio and receiver. I'm running a lipo receiver pack straight to the receiver, and when the problem occurs it's at no particular place on the track and it's similar to the failsafe being activated. If I'm turning a corner as I loose signal the tires stay in that direction for a few seconds before going straight and the throttle remains neutral. At first suspecting a bad switch twice this weekend I replaced switches, then for the pro Amain I went to a direct connection, two laps into the race I again lost signal. When the signal fails if I bring the truggy in and open the radio box the blue light on the receiver is showing power as well as the transponder, I balanced charged the lipo and my charger isn't showing any fault in either cell and it's putting out a full 8.4 volts at the end of the charge cycel. Any help would be appreciated in troubleshooting this, I love the radio but this somewhat reminds me of the issues I've had with the futaba faast system in the past and has me a bit perplexed. When this happened on the practice day I replaced the switch for the first time then ran 3 consecutive tanks and thought I had repaired it, then in the final qualifier the day after it happened again so it doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to the failure?

I would send your well-worded message directly to Robert at KO Propo USA.

I did, thought I would post here as well since it was over the weekend and thought maybe one of them would chime in, I'm just a little anxious to figure it out as I have a new motor to break in

I'm not a KO person but i know alot of people that are and i have used them in the past. And to my knowledge they are not left-handed convertible. Used to run for xray and knew that Ralph has had many left-handed KO's in the past and was wondering how he did it?http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/sho...5ca736165879d#
And congrats to Ralph on his world title that he brought home to the USA.
