I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some teflon tape for my damper plate? Thanks!

if you've ever met dumper, you'd know that if a computer was involved in his racing, not only would he never make an a-main again, but any aspect of the car that was related to the computer would never work again, until he got rid of the computer anyway. not the most computer friendly person i know.

That may be one of the most accurate things I have ever read on the internet.

Default Front end steering

Hello,

Have a quick question regarding the different types of front ends for 12scale.

How many different front ends are there?

I used to run CRC GEN X and now just bought a BMI DB12RR,

Is one better then the other?

thanks

So has no one ever run GQ tires? just wondering if the shore rating is the same as other brands? I know that for m18's they are about 10 shore off.

12th scale is about Tires, Tuning and Driving.
If you have that together, any car will do.

For the BMI, you have a few options. You can run the AE 12L4 style front end it came with, the CRC front end, the Serpent front end, the old AE block front end (yes there are people that still like the old school front). All of them except the last one are basically the same thing and perform similarly.

I would stick with the stock front unless you want experiment with something truly different, in which case get the new BMI front end that's coming out. Completely different design.
