hello thanks for taking the time to read this I bought myself a buggy used matter of fact its nt even broken in yet it has a os motor in it a .21 but I also own a brand new go engine gx 5r motor I was wondering what one would be faster Im not looking to race it just to bash around and jump stuff but would like it if possible to keep up with my jato 3.3 if that is even possible thanks for any input you might have

Which O.S. is it? Neither will keep up with the jato, the jato is built for straight line speed, but the buggy is probably better in every other aspect, lol.

How old can fuel be before its no good?

Depends on how its been stored - kept tightly sealed, in a cool place not exposed to sunlight, it'll keep for a while. I've used some over a yr old and couldn't tell diff versus new. Plenty of discussion here -

The fuel is about 8 or 9 month old not a year yet,,, Thanks for the info..

How tight are the 3 pice clutches suposed to be? 2 of them are tight 1 is not, I am thinking after reading some of the posts on fixing idling,,check the clutch, and im having a hard time with getting mine to idle and the wheels not going constantly, or the motor shuting off.

+1 jato is only for straight line speed....the buggy is better on jumps and handles way better than jato
