i dont notice any performance advantage
i just get sick of replacing losi wings. the AE wings last 3 times longer.
i also like that when you pick up a car by the end of an AE wing it doesnt fold in half like a losi wing. ive had a few bad marshalling experiances with losi wings because there are so flimsy to hold

I don't even remember the last time I replaced a wing. Not sure what your doin to break them. My current one on my truggy had the pin come out on one side and it was turned long ways for the whole 20 min main, it came unclipped after gettin hit on the first corner. Like I said I'm still using that wing and I was using it gallons before that

i was having them tear down through the vent in the center supports. all wings do it in the same spot and i found that the losi did it quicker
thats not the reason i dont use them. all wings break over time.

i just dont like how soft they are. when a marshall is in a rush to get you back on the track and is holding you by the wing it nearly folds in half. so when they throw you back on the track the car flicks in the air when they try to throw you forward. its a problem i had when i first started. it used to do my head in. so i switched to a stonger wing and havent changed back since. ive been useing AE wings for over 2 years. they work for me. i dont mean to sound like im downing losi wings im sure they work great for everyone and they do last quite well. but personally i had trouble with them

Mine was doin the same thing on our buggies and I had a guy tell me to grind one side of the head down flat to where it looks like a half moon and then put a small screw next to that one and it won't let it back out. It locks it in place. I can post a pic if anyone wants to see it.

Its easier to put a set screw,in the bottom side of the arm where the shock screw goes in It locks the screw from coming loose.

I find the set screws do virtually nothing. They're not big enough to thread into the plastic and actually tighten down.

I use a screw in the hole next to it, but there is no grinding needed to the shock screw. All you need is a short flat countersink head screw tightened down on top of the shock screw. That'll keep them from backing out EVER.

actually it doesn't...that's why the Left Hand Thread's were created....the set screw works on the rear right and front left but the rear left and front right definitely back out even with the set screw in the bottom of the arm.,

ofna diff oil is thick and doesnt break down and its cheap , i dont know about kyosho thats just way overpriced losi diff oil isnt bad though its thicker than the ofna oil.

and mugen well you mind, as well run water in your diffs because its so thin.

so i would get the ofna oil since, it comes in a big bottle and its $7.00 .
