My buddy is selling his XR-8. It’s brand new. I put it together for him. It’s got brand new servos, battery, switch, protoform body cut and trimmed ready for paint. 2 sets of wheels. He bought a lot of stuff to try 1/8 but he’s lost interest.

If you have not done the conversion Serpent wheels are need for the Razor. If you do the conversion you can use the OS2 wheels.
Edam is working on the molds now for the OS2 wheels. Most other guys convert using Mugen or Serpent parts.
GQ racing Tires has the Serpent Rims and I have them in stock. If you are in the USA just order off our site www.GQamerica.com. If you are outside the USA just PM me and I will help you find tires.

Hello Razor Racers Worldwide,
I presently have made for sale Mid Shafts in Titanium. I have 2 speed layshafts made for those that use after market pulleys like Titans and will have Edam type full length layshafts in a little while.
I have attached a picture of our Razor Mid Shaft in Titanium. I am sell these for $19.95. Why use Titanium versus stock. Of course the first answer is weight. These titanium shafts weight almost 1/2 the grams of the stock shafts. More importantly this is rotating mass! When you lighten rotating mass it is like adding horse power to your engine. Another advantage of course is lightening the overall weight of the car.
You can email me to obtain the mid shaft or go to our website www.tma-motorsports.com
Have fun and good racing to all!

I will pass your HELP request on to EDAM Factory Driver Matt Akkola. Matt is a member of the Third Coast Racing team and is working on posting some setup and tuning tips for the EDAM Razor and Spirit. He will be posting his suggestions on thirdcoastracing.com soon. You could also go to the web site and reach him with an email in the "Contact Us" link and he will answer your questions.
See you at the finish line,
Roger

Try mugen yellow shoes, extra hard mugen clutch spring, 0.7mm spacing without inner bearing. Spring preload 0.7-0.9mm. Seems to works well for me on high grip med size track. Don't forget as the shoes need to run-in first (set preload to around 0mm, and run at 1/2 throttle) for 1-2 tanks, clean all the dust and check the spacing again.
