Pwede na for a start sa halagang P800, at kung huwag lang metikuloso. Yung kay team3six eh mga $30-35 ang isa.

siggy: Onga pala nasa bansa kang malinis. Anyway, postponed trip ko dyan chief. Natakot yung magho-host ng seminar sa baha, baka wala raw pumunta. inemail ko nga eh, sabi ko normal yung bahang ganyan sa Pinas.

Crazy Crawler: Walang magagalit dito, kahit sino pwede mag-post.

Have fun and be creative chief!

Guys, got this from the recently concluded 2010 MSD Scale Nationals. It's a good starting point to establish our comp rules. Put in your comments/modifications please. Thanks.

Trail Class

• Description - An off-road vehicle that you would " TRAILER " to the trail head
• 140mm / 5.5" max tire size with a max rim size of 2.2"
• No wheelbase maximum- wheelbase must 'fit' truck concept/body.
• 15 Minimum Scale Points Required to compete.
• No max track width. Gates will be a minimum of 12" wide so mind your track width, measure from inside cone to inside cone.
• You must run a complete body, including bumpers, fenders, doors & tailgates. Some fender trimming is allowed but the basic shape must be retained, Fenders may be cut, or flat fendered, but it must resemble a 1:1 rig you'd see on the trail. If you remove the tailgate, you must have a complete floor and drop bed. If you want to remove your doors, you must run a full interior. "Iffy" Vehicles must be approved by the Scale Nationals Committee members.
• A shortened or lengthened body is allowable. A tubed bed must have a functional bed area capable of carrying a full-size spare laid flat (rear fender and tailgate rules do not apply to tubed beds).
• No 4 wheel steer or rear steer at all ! If you have more than 2 axles, the FRONT axles are the ONLY ones that can steer.
• No MOA axles of any kind.
• No " DIG " of any kind is allowed.
• Single engine rigs only.
• Wheelbase is limited only by your body, and must fit in your fender wells.
• Vehicle must have a frame-railed chassis. Tubed frame rails are ok.
• Vehicle battery must be mounted on the chassis. You CANNOT mount the battery ON the steering servo/axle/upper links. The goal is to place the battery where it is not visible for a more scale appearance.

" TUBERS " If you plan to run a tuber in EITHER class, here is what you need to know. It must have a full interior, 2 front seats SIDE BY SIDE, a dash, a steering wheel, a hood panel, a roof panel and a left and right side panel. If it is a jeep, it needs to resemble a jeep. The minimum size for the tubers is as follows:

Height 5 " , measured from bottom of skid pan to the roof top
Width 5 " , measured from the middle of the door bars, side to side
length, your chassis needs to be ATLEAST as long as your wheelbase, measured with the front tires pointed straight and the vehicle at rest.

NOTE: this does not apply if you have a truggy or back halfed truck with a conventional frame and cab.

this is a good start for the scale comp rules...

comment or suggestion lang...why don't we just limit the rim size to 1.9 and tire size to 5" only. this will make the vehicle proportion to an actual trail rigs.

everything else looks fine to me.

MSD's Banned Tires:
• Losi Claws and Comp Claws
• Imex red rocks, rubicons, truck pulls, skulls and bones
• Hot Bodies Rovers and Sedonas
• HPI Rock Grabbers
• All Panther Tires
• All Jconcepts Tires
• Full-width Mashers, narrowed are OK, no wider than 1.75".
• Pro-Line Chisels and Badlands
• RC4WD Rocklins, Crazy crawlers and X-locks
• Any on-road, buggy tires or truck racing type tire
• Non listed tires must be judged and we reserve the right to modify this list as new comp tires are released.

Crazy Crawler: Ok. Suggestion noted.

siggy: No use in banning tires, Flat Irons lang naman available scale tires dito eh. I intentionally skipped that rule. Na-praning mga Singaporean sa baha. Hope everything's ok down there.

GUYS: Some details on Sunday's comp.

Date: July 4 (Sunday)
Venue: Angono, Rizal
Meeting place: Tropical Hut Taytay
Time: 7:00 am

• Since this is going to be outdoor, please bring the necessary things (umbrella, tents, portable chairs & tables, power supply, rags, water & food, etc.)
• Let's go to the venue early so we can finish early too. It usually rains in the afternoon so it's best to start early.
• Wear rubber shoes for safety.
• The venue is just 20 minutes away from Tropical Taytay. (or 40 minutes from Tiendesitas)
• There is a bit of offroad going to the venue. We usually ride with people with offroad-capable vehicles and leave some cars in Tropical.

For more details/inquiries, please don't hesitate to post here or the Crawler thread.

Let's lock and roll!

at Quezon Circle. The green one is the original one.
I was really amaze how he made this and if only I have the time, I would try to made it my self.
