Been detailing my rig lately ...

My weathered jack

Weathered shovel

Fabricated sand ladders

And the wifey's masterpiece, from Perla to jerry can.

Just cut it to your desired length tsaka drill bit na 2.7mm at M3 na tap. Kaya lang sa ngayon wala ako press drill mahirap kasi mag drill ng pantay pag hand drill lang
eto yun una attempt ko i-scale yun 350 using jugg axle, leaf and tranny. Lahat ng links nyan DIY lang

keno: Love your rig! Don't forget to lock both diffs. See you tomorrow chief.

siggy: Thanks. Team Wife ako pre.

edwin: Mukhang madali nga lang, problema yung treading. Pinasyalan ko na rin T Alonzo, dami ngang stuff dun.

Thank you sir miles, Maddafunker and msdelr for organizing the trailing today!

Nice to see you guys there and hope to see you all again next meeting!

It was very challenging and exciting to see different kits crawling! The details
made into the kits makes you feel like it's the real thing and you are driving in it!

Used delrin and threaded rods. There is an aligning tool by JeepinDoug at RCCrawler.com to make task of drilling on the delrin rod, easy. Only thing is the tool works for delrin rods in inches.

4mm steel or stainless threaded rods are much easier and tough. Just cut to desired length then they're all set to accept the rode end.

Traxxas #5347 Jato Rod-ends shorter rod
Traxxas #5525 Jato Rod-Ends longer rod

Then cut aluminum, stainless or carbon tubes to sleeve the thread rod.

These rod-ends are tough enough for the lower links of Large Scale Rigs, as well.

Delrin and other e.g. teflon is available locally in rods or thick sheet/blocks different sizes. If shipping won't be crazy can get some for ya all.

I was one of the first that got Jeepindoug link drill guides.

To the scalers who went with us earlier in Angono Rizal, you ROCK (pun intended)! The site was the Philippines' version of Montana. Thanks to sir miles for finding this scaler's heaven. Great to meet fellow scale enthusiasts: mix237, keno & Jeff. Excellent rigs guys!

msdelr: Hindi na tayo nag-iisa!

Sa mga hindi nakasama (gaya ni bossing JP ), eto'ng konting pang-inggit. Pics pa lang yan c/o the wifey and msdelr. Watch out for the video. Soon. Very soon.

edwin: Eto na request mong pics.

siggy: Kelan ka uwi?

Great video Sir! I love it!

Thank you also Sir for inviting me, the long drive was worth the trip to join you guys!
Actually, I was so excited to run my kit, I forgot to apply sun block lotion to avoid getting
sun burned! ( sunog na naman ang kutis ko! )
Everybody was busy taking pictures and videos. For the site was a great place for crawling and
trailing. The challenge was there and if the other rigs can climb it, maybe my rig can
do it also ( not every time of course ).
It was a test where in I found out what my rig can and cannot do. Well, I was happy
with the result and had a very nice day!

More power and God bless!
