Which Radio?

M11X cos it has got the fastest response time and 400M range proven. Try searching for Sanwa M11X on youtube and its a 2.17mins video clip. What's more with super response receiver (RX-451R) and digital servos you can further improve the response time to 2.5ms fastest in the market.

they all look like great choices, the M11X looks a bit too big for my liking. Im not sure i would want something that bulky in my hands. Theres another one of the spektrum line other than the Dx3r that i like better but its all spektrum anyways and the Futaba 4P seems great. Im gonna see if i can hold them all and then make a decision

I havent been able to put them all in my hands yet, but after looking up reviews and the products and going through a ton of stuff about them i have decided that im torn between the Spektrum DX3R and the DX3S. Can anyone offer some insight as to why one might be better than the other in ways that actually matter.

I own an R and an S. I prefer the R if nothing else, than for the ergonomics. If you pick up the S, it feels like a toy (to me). The R feels a little more solid and the grip is bigger. You can reprogram the buttons, exponential control goes a little further and it is a faster radio.
The advantage of the S is telemetry, which did help in trouble shooting a motor issue I was having recently.
A lot of electric guys prefer the R for response time and channel mixing, and nitro guys like the S for engine temp and receiver pack voltage. Both radios are good, it's just a matter of what you need the radio to do. I also would recommend holding both to see which is more comfortable.
I haven't had a radio glitch with either radio, but I just race. So I don't know if they would at the greater distances that a basher might go to.

I started with a DX3S a few months ago and then "upgraded" to a DX3R. I have used the DX3R for about two months now and I am getting ready to sell it. It just doesn't fit my hand correctly. I find the trigger to be uncomfortable and from time to time my finger comes out of the trigger when I am hitting the brakes. There is nothing wrong with either the R or the S, they just don't work for me.
I tried a buddy of mine's M11 and ever since I have been unhappy with my DX3R. I was actually very close to purchasing an M11 but I have decided to spend the extra money and get the KO Propo EX-10 Eurus. I don't know what it is about that radio but I start drooling every time I look at it.

The R seems like it would be a better choice for me because i have electric, but the Telemetry thing has really got me. No i dont need to know all that stuff, But it would be nice to know. I guess i gotta go to my LHS see if they stock them both, and ask the guy if i can see em.
