My latest projects/ experiments have been titanium wrist pins for the Go engines. They would work on other motors but on the Go they tend to wear the pin and the piston due to the fit not being tight enough from the factory. (they may be tighter on the new Gx series) So I made a titanium pin slightly larger to make the fit tight again, this almost needs to be custom to each engine like during a rebuild.
I also have been putting a dome shape in the backplate for a little more case volume on some engines.
I also have 5.5 and 6.0 restrictors ready to ship, I'll try to get some pics up this week. They are $13.00 each.

Hey Rex,

Have you fully-modded a GX series yet? Do you have any and how much would you want for a 5 or 7 port fully-modded? Also, how much would you charge to fully-mod one if I got it from someone else?

I have not fully modded a new Gx yet, I just added a shim on Kendall's to change timing a bit. I'm even waiting to epoxy ramp the crank until it is broke in a little. (the rod comes off the crank much easier)
I charge $50.00 to fully mod. $10.00 less on a Go bought from me. I have 5 Gx 5 ports on order with 2 spoken for.
Around $255.00 for a Gx 5 port fully modded new, $280.00 with the 2072 pipe. 7 port would be around $15.00 more I believe. I am going off the map price I last saw, hopefully it wont change.

The new 5 port Gx's should be here next week.

Looking at pics of the b-mods pincher the method I use is identical but a little more precise.

All Go motors I sell get $25.00 rebuilds instead of the normal $35.00.

I have 2 new Massive mods Mg66's and one new Gx 5 port. I recommend the timing shim and the epoxy ramp on the crank on the 5 port. Pm me for a special price.

I thought I would post a few pics explaining part of my process of rebuilding an engine.

First I disassemble everything, put the block, backplate, head, and take the front bearing out and pop the seals off. next I wash everything in a high pressure hot alkalai cleaner. I have seen pictures and video's from other shops that rebuild motors and have not seen any kind of cleaner in the shops. It is very important to have everything clean! In the other pic I am showing the bore guage I check the rod with, each number is one thousandth, so it reads down to .0001.

I picked up a few Skf front bearings at a good price, they are very good quality. I am offering a $40.00 rebuild and this will include replacing the front bearing with a new one. Rebuild includes Cleaning, inspecting everything, resize sleeve, professional assembly. Any other parts are extra.

E-mail [email protected] or pm me.

$15.00 for one $25.00 for 2, return shipping in the Us included.

$37.00 if you send the whole motor, inlcudes sleeve resizing, cleaning, inspection, replacing any parts. (parts extra) professional assembly. If I get a motor that is not worth fixing you only pay return shipping.
