Where did you get your Square Ti screws from?

@V12
It seems to me that you know some of the team drivers in Germany, maybe you can tell us a little more about their impressions of the 415.

DTM itis not neccessarily the TI screw. I have found them a touch soft but when I switched to a ground driver from a cast one I have had far less problems. KCM, Tamiya's supplier supplies for quite a few people.
Mark also check the block if you have stripped the screw I would bet that the toe block is bent also. When they get slightly twisted it compunds the problem and screws start jamming

I used Cobra81li200's method and it worked a treat - I drilled the screw head until I could lift the suspension mount with a flat bladed screwdriver - the now headless screw was easy to remove by using some pliers to grip onto the bit that was still sticking out of the block.
Thanks for the help!!!
Cheers, Mark.

Yes I know some of them but I don´t see them very often as most of them live in another area of Germany than me. I only know Marc Rheinard does have an 415 currently and it seems to me he and Steen Graversen are the only 415 drivers in Europe at the moment. I will see Marc at the LRP TCM-Masters but this will be on 3./4. of april.
Maybe you have read a report from the DHI-Cup in Denmark where both Marc and Steen did very well at their first race with the 415. From what I know they just had one practice weekend with the 415 before.

Great to see that the 415 is doing well in races. Let's see if it can take home the gold at this year's IFMAR.

Be a little careful of when you get close to drilling through the head - I knew I was through the head when I could start to see what looked like the carbon chassis in the drilled out screw head.
I then unscrewed the other screw from the suspension mount and leavered the suspension mount carefully free of the almost fully drilled out screw head.
Just take a little time and care and it will workout fine!
Cheers, Mark.

The belts are probally coated with some type of lubracant that doesn't wear off, teflon mybe, or maybe its just for show.
