Same congrats to Chris Proctor, winning Stock SCT and Mod SCT with the same 17.5 motor, even winning qualifiers back to back with on a single battery charge!

Great racing with everyone this weekend - I have to admit that SC wasn't as much of a smash fest as I thought it would be - mostly there was some really good driving.

Procter's truck was about as close to perfect as you could want, he was on another planet - he even got knocked to dead last in the Stock A and came through the whole field to win.

Thanks again everyone.

Nick

nick, glad you had a good time, should come down more often. Bring down some of the LIR Bad boyz to run SCT. They need to ditch the SCT rules there, run roar rules and alot more racers would be making the trip. Its ashame. It just makes racing from track to track easier, if all of our tracks locally can get on the same page. SCT 17.5 2wd truck, any sct tire, any sct body, and 2s lipo no c max. WHats so hard about that. I spoke to five people today that want to race at LIR, but cant and wont because of the limitations they set on SCT RACING. So they rather just go and practice. But other than that I love LIR. Great place and nice guys. I wish there were more places like RCHR and LIR to go to in such a distance.

Proctor,
what can I say about you. The results are up, and your rediculous.. Your SCT ran faster lap time in the 17.5 a main, then the mod, by thenths, but still a killer day for you. My blitz was no match that weekend, but it will be soon enough. You ran GREAT> THUMBS UP TO YOU.

Thanks Raul, you actually got me a little with the LIR thing. I haven't raced there in a while - and I am completely new to the SC thing - I was running prototype parts for what will be the TQ Racing SC in the future last weekend. I never even touched SC tires until I mounted them on Friday nite.

From what I have heard LIR, RCHR and RCE have done a good job working together on race days and such, so the area is pretty strong with racing talent and great tracks (thanks mark and john!!).

Did I get you in a "good", or a "bad" way? I hope in a good. I am just trying to make more racers..

Awesome. Just shows you don't need to a huge motor to run the mod SCT class.
