Default JP Eagle 12 TL3 Advice

I have just recently acquired a used JP Eagle 12 TL 3 it has had 7ltrs of fuel through it, its just had a replacement con rod. My question is if you remove the plug there appears to be very little if any pinch at TDC although it has good compression, is the lack of pinch normal!!. As yet it hasn’t been round the track, however it runs and idles well. At what point should the piston & sleeve be replaced. Can anyone recommend a good on line store that stocks replacement parts for this engine.
Thanks in advance.

The motor is fine it has just been completely broken-in. The less the pinch the faster the motor is going to run

Pinch in cold situation does not tell much about the pinch/compression at operating temperature. If the engine is performing very good then there is nothing to worry about.
