not sure which setup yet...batts will be at least 5000mah...would like 8-10000 mah really

I'll have to check those pinions. I'm running the turnigy 4S batteries. The ones in the photo are my 2S packs that I run in the slash. Had to get the car going while I was waiting for the 4S packs to turn up.

I've got a question for you robrc12. How does the car handle? It just seems to have a lot of weight in the rear. And what kind of runtimes are you getting on the 4S? Ran mine at the track over the weekend, and got around 18 mins.

Sweet they are xcelent batterys for the price .... im very happy with mine gettn bout 15-20 min deppending on the driving ect .

In my opion it handles pretty well , the ocm buggys have a very good turn in sum say even to good haha anyway on the three test runs iv done its handled well and still turns in well .... im using the 2650kv motor is smaller and a bit lighter too so the weight distribution is pretty good .

When i get my new pinions ill take it to the track a test it propperly , my have to change a few things yet all part of the fun of making your own conversion kit haha

If you want cheap very good batterys have a look at hobby king , i got my 5000 30-40c 4s for $60 and get bout 20min run time with the mamba monster and 2650kv motor .
