When you post a reply you can "attach a file" Make sure the max.relution is 80x80.

The file size must not be larger than 200,000 bytes - the resolution can be anything you like - upto a point of course

I think you're referring to the avatar. Like Mark says, the max size is 200,000 bytes for each file uploaded.

So D1 pics like the ones Mark will post will have problems as they need to be resized !
