The header is fine, it may just be the pipe. Im using the exact same set up in buggy except for im using the actual 9853 pipe and it has crazy bottom end, like i said i actually went down to black and green springs. I know the truggy is heavier so i wont have as much. ill change out the pipe and be happy prob lol

Hey guys, we are losing our on-road track and I need some advice. I'm thinking of going to nitro or electric off-road. I saw the rtr buggy with radio and starter box. Is this something you all would recommend? I'm just starting out, raced on-road for 10 plus years but off-road a few times in 15 years.
I'm needing some advice on whether it would be a good idea to get that nitro set up or maybe try and get an electric rig. I don't know if electric is big enough at this time but there are a few guys running them.
Let me know your thoughts, I don't want to spend too much more money to get into off road and thought this would be a good starter for me.

i would get a race roller that way you dont have to spend the money on up grades you will need on the rtr etc... just get your servo's and motor...
im sure you could use like your onroad servo as like a throttle servo or something, to save money

go with nitro man its still the most popular at offroad tracks , u wont regeret it its a blast compared to electric.
and also the eight-t 2.0 rtr is the best rtr package u can get.

Reggie l. and TC5 man, thanks for the advice. I would like to get in and see if I like it enough to keep running it.
I love hopping up my rides but this time I would like to for once not buy too much to see whether I will keep wanting to run. I know for sure that nitro is more popular here and electric seems to be starting a bit. I will get out there in the next few weeks to figure this out.....any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

use your onroad servo for the throttle and get a high torque dignal servo for. the steering about at least around 200@ oz of torque for the truggy , and im pretty sure thats about it , that would need for the 2.0 t rtr.
and also tires but the rtr ones might work good though.

Then sell that Slosi MT and buy one Reggie!! There again, not sure you need something with that much speed! By the way, think I'm back in the game and coming to Motorama. Looking forward to racing with you guys again.
