Picked up a used DX3.0 now just need a couple of receivers for the TL MiniT and Vendetta TC.
Any issues with just the standard SR300, recommend any other low cost receivers that will work with the Spektrum DX3.0?

I've just got an SR300 for my slash, and using it with a DX3.0 it works great!
Also ran it with my DX2.0 without any problems. A couple of guys at my local track also run SR300 receivers.

Just a couple of questions.
First off, are you following spektrum's guide to binding correctly?
Secondly, are they both new? Or did the problem just recently pop up? If at all possible, try binding the receiver to another transmitter or try binding another receiver to this transmitter. It's possible that either the receiver or transmitter is faulty. If 1 of them is faulty, you'll have to contact spektrum and have it fixed.
Good luck!

Ouch! Its definitely possible that something got fried... I would've thought it would just damage the channel you plugged it into, but I may be wrong.
Your best bet would be to give spektrum's customer service a call.

No, the 3500 is just dsm (in other words version 1). There's a 3100 and 3520 that are dsm2. So that's not your problem. It must be something else.
