I think I may have found part of the issue why my car was a dog on Sunday.
I just went and checked all my settings again and I noticed the front of the car would not sit on the 39mm block I have for it, even after dropping it????
Strange as I set the car up on the setup board, etc. and it was bang on 39mm front, now it's the same as the rear 42. What issues would this cause? How did it raise itself now, lol?

Douglas remember that they also are using the Rear Shock Tower that you dont have so that set-up isnt for everyone the ass-end is a little twitchy. That and Billy also runs the front smart diff in Truggy and I think Casey does as well.

yes Vareck i know. Both casey and billy have suggested this set up to me. I know they have the different shock tower then us. But i really like it. I tried it last weekend a i loved it. I am going to try some alterations just like with any set up. I think i am going to try it with the stock ride height and droop this week

I am sure I read somewhere about changing the fuel tubing on the brake acutators. Can anyone please enlighten me on this?
I find that my brakes tend to go away as the day progresses to the point I have to up my EPA quite a bit, this has ended up with me burning out my Ace servo which has served me well for the past year and a half.

the tubing can have something to do with it...but like you said you increased the EPA through out the day to gain the brakes so i would assume the tubing is getting Firm from all the extra throw.....i would now start to look at the mechanical side of the brakes...why isn't it stopping as it should.

Well, I have stripped the whole lot down and sanded the discs again and also roughed up the metal calipers as they looked very smooth. I also reset the screws as per Losi's recommendations, so I'll have to see from here I guess.
The fuel tubing on the actuators seems to be very hard though. I have had to adjust me EPA right down now, the servo hardly moves and I have some serious braking again.
