Default SMC LiPo receiver pack

I was looking for a light, compact Receiver pack, and I found this:

Extended Product Information:
Now you can put a self-contained lipo receiver battery pack in your 1S Lipo 1/10 or 1/12 pan car to power your radio system easily and affordably. This small, lightweight unit mounts easily and is protected by a hard shell case. Separate charge lead means you don't have to unplug it every time you need to charge it. Built in switch for easy wiring.

Voltage output: 7.4v nominal (requires voltage reducer for most installations)
Size: 43 x 28 x 20mm
Weight: 32 grams
it s a 20C 7.4v 450mah battery

Would this be enough to power a (just one) Hitec 7955tg for 20 minutes, through a Spektrum receiver?
