I spoke to Brian from RB the other day, he said he hired some help and will be adding a second phone in the next week or so. I for customer service and a second for RB dealers to place their orders. Things should be moving alot smoother very soon.

Anybody use the RB fuel gun, if so on what vehicles and how does it fit into the tank. Looking for any info on how it fits on a Losi 8ight/ T

How much fuel through your Hobby9 so far? It may pick up.

The orange RB one works great in Losi cars but I like the Losi gun better because it is clear and has measurements on it. The solid RB gun makes you hope every time you fuel that every thing went in the tank even if you count to 3 lol.

Hey Aaron try the RD Logics fuel gun. Its fast and it doesn't leak like the others.

Hey. I've got about 2 gallons through the engine so far. I know for a fact that the low-end is rich, but that's what the engine likes so I'm not complaining. I did notice a lot of carbon build-up on the top of the piston when I replaced the glow plug yesterday.

Just thought it was time to replace the glow-plug, it was still in great shape.

Do you guys think there is any value in changing the con rod and front bearing of my Hobby 9 after the 3 gallon mark? I've read that doing this will substantially increase its life.

Which front bearing does everyone recommend? I checked A Main's website and most ceramic bearings got horrible ratings. The Boca regular double sealed bearing has two positive ratings though. I'm assuming that they want you to leave both seals in, meaning that the balls are actually not exposed.

It's always a good idea to change out the conrod, once broke in, any where from 1-2 gallons of fuel thru the engine, If not, I have in the past have had rod bushings go bad, after about 5 or 6 gallons of fuel, then either break the conrod, or spin inside the rod end and wipe out the piston, come off the crank and break the engine case. Boca bearing are good bearings, but, if you can get an original RB bearing, I would suggest to be the best for any engine.

So I pulled the trigger on a new K9 last night. Do the RB engines come setup to run on 20% or 30% nitro? I have about 3/4 of a gallon left of 20% and would like to use it for the initial breakin.

20% is the recommended fuel.

20% is fine, they come shimmed for up to 25%. Let us know how the break in goes. I have one but I have yet to break it in because I have a C6 BBT7 that is still in great shape.

Yea , I didn't think of not being able to see the fuel level. I have a Losi gun already but I just wanted a reason to order the RB gun. (RB junkie)

I use the RB gun all the time and have never had a problem but I like to see how much fuel went in the car and I still always wonder "did it take all the fuel" I just like to see the fuel stop and then I let the car go with the RB gun I count to 3 and hope all the fuel went in.lol

My case cracked on my RB TM523. Looking for a new or used case.

Anyone know the difference between these two front bearings? They're both 7x19mm and I don't see any difference except the price.
