hey guys what size bearing do i need to replace the clutch bell bearings? and does any body have links for the avid bearings that fit the 2.0 bell?

Had an issue with the airbursh though, it's not my one as mine had packed up and borrowed one from the studio. Somebody had assembled it incorrectly, I only picked that up after I had stripped it after spraying to do the cleanup. Had a nightmate trying to regulate the flow of paint, thought it was just because it was junk airbrush.

As for the rear guards, I manufacture stuff out of CF all the time for these cars and will be looking at a design for these cars out of 1 or 1.5mm CF. I will keep you posted.

what are you guys finding to be the best 8x14mm and 1/2"x3/4" bearings?

I run a few full weekends at a time on my wheel bearings.. just replace one or two here & there occasionally.. haven't seen any of this "5 mins per bearing" problem that others are reporting.

My 2.0 spring worked flawless from day one, it backed off in a qualifier, my buddy scored the threads a little and I slathered on more lock tight and it works fine. Big companies redesign things all the time when there is a bad perception of the product. They are addressing the issue to cut down on complaints and make it a fool proof item and that is good also, I just dont need one. They could have put the right screws on the truck though Keep up the good work Jammin...your info helps a lot of people. Now give me the scoop on this smart diff...how should I run it!

Really not sure about the SD. I haven't gotten a chance to test them yet. I have them, but have been delaying on throwing them in until I have time to really test it. I will have them with me at the track tomorrow and might be able to get some testing done. My best guess on setup for the truck would be 2 .15 and 2 .20 springs and packed with SD grease.

Hi guys, So far I'm very disappointed with the 8T 2.0 bodies that Proline and jconcepts came out with so I decided to make my own.

I covered my roller with saran wrap, laid fiber glass on top, and used this mold as a base so I can figure out clearances, I'm in the process now of making clay and am still in the brainstorming stage. Once it's done i'm taking it to the shop to have it vacuum formed.

One of my ideas is making a 32 Ford Hot rod body (so it's gonna look like a hot rod truck). What do you guys think? If you guys have any ideas for a bod, please post. Thnx guys

I found the opposite to be true in my case. The truck was more stable around high speed turns where the track was tacky. I had less of a problem with traction rolling as the surface changes.
